Even with living in Florida for a month and renting a space (aka a trailer), I still had visions of me baking up holiday treats and blogging about them. What I didn’t take into account is that the Florida Sun has a strange effect on me, turning a normal, high functioning women into one lazy lady. Add that to the fact that our rental space lacks a few key baking utensils (like measuring cups) and you don’t get to do much. But I did manage to score a sale on Chex Mix this week ($.75 a box after coupon) so I am planning to make up a batch of this Chex Muddy Buddies. A perfect activity for my son and I to do on raining mornings and then a perfect treat for me to enjoy as I lie in my hammock soaking up more sun! Enjoy!
