This weekend I had a million things I needed to do, including packing and preparing to be gone for a month. But yet I found myself in the kitchen, baking up some holiday treats. My friend gave me this recipe card a few weeks ago, from the Real Simple Magazine. It has a base cookie recipe and then you can choose addition ingredients to make different types of cookies. The White Chocolate Snowball looked the most interesting to me, with lots of coconut and white chocolate. It is a multiple step cookie so it takes a little more time, but the results were tasty.
